Surface Preparation
Apply Europrime Cement Primer. After drying for 8 hours, fill the dents in the surface with Cement Putty. Repeat sanding with emery paper, wipe clean, and apply another coat of Europrime Cement Primer. After drying for 8 hours, sand with fine emery paper & wipe clean.

Cleaning
