Surface Preparation
Apply Euro Prime Cement Primer. After drying for 8 hours, fill the dents in the surface with Cement Putty. Repeat sanding with emery paper, wipe clean, and apply another coat of Euro Prime Cement Primer. After drying for 8 hours, sand with fine emery paper & wipe clean.

Cleaning
Clean the surface of loose paint, dust and grease by sanding with emery paper. Wipe clean with a soft cloth.
